TRADITONAL ANIMATION & ITS WORK OPPORTUNITES WORLDWIDE
As we all know in Peru, some people who want to study animation have a wrong perception about their opportunities here and abroad. First of all, they think that it`s enough by learning some computer programs, later deep in the carrier and work, they discover that it`s also necessary to know very well how to sketch, draw, create characters so they go back and start all over learning animation in an academic way, to be competitive professionals or artists, this is especially true for Peruvians abroad, just a quick glance you can look in many animation blogs and the massive availability of comments about how difficult and different is the approach in education and training animation outside Peru, they felt rip off from some many places and vain dreams that I don`t blame them to feel disappointed, luckily for them, here in this blog and in One to One Animation school, we`re trying to set all right and be the difference, because nobody wants to feel like this!!
They`re really surprised about how`s a professional animator life and duties after years of personal experience and lot of production, resulting in not only great artists and animators, but also with a capacity to direct their own projects, guide young learners, give life to animated characters and real actors printing their personal seal. Honestly I must say that the truth is that Animation is not only a survival, temporal profession, because it encompasses by other art disciplines, maximizing your artistic skills and allowing you to enjoy life developing your talents, traveling, being a freelance, etc.
The worldwide Animation market
It`s very extensive to predict a future as an industry, nevertheless the number of studios and production companies are growing around the world, except of course, and I must say luckily not in Peru. Living in Peru as an Animator and Artist with many years of foreign and local experience makes me have the eager to create my own opportunities, which means my own source of income. That is one of the reasons Peruvians are so resourceful and good businessmen, but all depends on you and how you look for a “niche” and implement your own spaces like this humble friend does and advice. In this blog I suggest some ideas, so if you`ve the knowledge, imagination and abilities for traditional animation, cartoons, movies, nowadays you can get commercial success making money while doing your personal projects, with a goal for your own studio and team group, I must emphasize on this, because the most important thing for an Animator & Artist is perfection, we should always continue seeking for it in our projects and work!...Also be competitive, honoring your word as a merchant or businessmen, not to be selfish and share your own knowledge and experience with people, especially with young learner in search of guidance like our own policy in One to One Escuela de Animacion, in other words being a true professional no matter where you are. Money will come as a result of your faith and dedication!!
